RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT RESTRICTED:
1.Visit customers as per the agreed and pre planned route.
2.Understand and gain knowledge of various product categories, packing and pricing model, similar competition products.
3.Visit the customer and display products in the she areas in an eye-catching manner.
4.Develop excellent rapport with the Supermarket Manag boy to gain their maximum support.
5.Regular follow up with customers for orders, listing requirements and payment.
6.Assist the Sales promoter lady in arranging the promo display, prior stock availability and getting Supermarket approval.
7.Try and activate new customers by negotiating listing demands, price and terms of business.
8.Keep abreast of competition activities (new product /new categories launch chan activities etc) and report to the Manager.
9.Prepare and send various MIS reports designed for timely visit follow ups and appointment dates to meet target customers.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATE:
1.Knowledge of FMCG products & utilise the knowledge to the best advantage.
2.Experience of working as Merchandiser with an FMCG Company in the Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman areas.
3.Good contacts, knowledge of customers existence, and relationship with customers to improve the business and get repeat orders.
4.Passionate, smart working and disciplined with a positive attitude towards work.
5.Ability to handle various challenges in the Merchandiser process and overcome them successfully.
6.Preferably living in the UAE on own visa.
