Install, maintain, and repair package AC units and chiller systems (air-cool routine preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule•Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults•Carry out compressor, condenser, evaporator, and refrigerant-related repairs•Check and top up refrigerant gas (R22, R410A, R134a, etc.)•Inspect and maintain chiller components: compressors, pumps, cooling towers, expansion valves•Perform leak testing, vacuuming, and gas charging•Read and interpret wiring diagrams and control panels•Maintain service records, reports, and checklists•Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, LOTO procedures)•Respond to breakdown calls and emergency repairs•Coordinate with supervis for major repairs or part replacements
