Job Description

The Account Manager II serves as the primary customer interface responsible for business development and relationship management. You will act as a business partner to customers, understanding their drivers to deliver real business outcomes and maximize business potential. Responsibilities include managing the strategic sales process, executing account plans, and delivering order growth through breakthrough initiatives. You will champion customer needs within Honeywell and collaborate with management to ensure 100% satisfaction. The role requires negotiating complex agreements and maintaining an accurate forecast of growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have 5-10 years of sales experience in Account Management, specifically within Building Automation, IoT, or software selling. You must demonstrate a proven track record of profitable growth in both existing and new accounts. Experience in managing C-suite relationships and navigating complex buying processes is essential. You should be able to translate customer needs into technical solutions and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Prior experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of commercial and contract terms are required.
