Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Process journal entries and perform general ledger reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
Support external audits and coordinate with auditors
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Monitor and improve internal controls and financial procedures
Stay updated with current financial laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferably Tagalog speaker
Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar)
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Qualifications:
