Job Description

Dolphin Bakery LLC – Ajman is seeking an experienced Accountant Administrator to manage daily accounting operations along with administrative tasks. The role includes maintaining ledgers, handling accounts payable & receivable, preparing financial reports, and assisting with office administration. The candidate will coordinate with management, HR, auditors, and vendors to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

a. Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) mandatory; Master of Commerce (M. Com) preferred
b. Minimum 3 years’ experience in home country or 2 years in UAE
c. Experience in accounting and administration
d. Basic knowledge of UAE accounting rules and VAT
e. Familiarity with accounting software preferred
f. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and office tools
