Key Responsibilities and Duties
Accounts Payab vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and issuing customer invoices.
Data Entry & Maintenance: Maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciling bank accounts.
Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with month-end closing, producing financial statements, and preparing data for budget reviews.
Administrative Tasks: Handling vendor inquiries, filing doents, and performing other clerical duties
