Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates, sales orders, invoices, and LPOs.
- Record supplier bills and process payments.
- Record customer payments and manage petty cash.
- Monitor company expenses and maintain financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper filing and doentation of all finance-related files.
