In this role, you will oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Key responsibilities include handling medical billing reconciliations, clinical department budgeting, and performing cost-analysis reports for medical services. You will be responsible for ensuring all financial activities comply with Qatar’s financial regulations and IFRS standards. This position is vital for managing the clinical revenue cycle and providing accurate financial statements that support the efficient operation of healthcare services.

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
b. Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a Hospital, Clinic, or Medical Center
c. Deep understanding of medical insurance claims, healthcare costing, and clinical revenue cycles
d. Proficiency in ERP software (Tally, Oracle, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills
e. Legally eligible to work in Qatar; possession of a transferable QID is preferred
f. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and local financial regulations
