Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Admin & Sales Assistant to support our inbound tour operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, coordinate tour bookings, handle customer inquiries, and support the sales team in delivering exceptional travel experiences to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Respond to inquiries from travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and send tour proposals, quotations, and itineraries.
Follow up on leads and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, guides, desert safari operators, etc.) for availability and rates.
Update pricing sheets and maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements.
Maintain booking records and ensure all doentation is complete and properly filed (digital and physical).
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and travel doents for clients and suppliers.
Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and maintaining client databases.
Handle basic accounting tasks such as tracking payments and coordinating with the finance team.
Coordinate daily tour schedules and ensure smooth communication between clients and suppliers.
Monitor service delivery and assist in resolving client issues or last-minute changes.
Prepare dai sales and operations reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar tourism regulations.
