Admin Assistant (Accounts) / Receptionist —
Looking to hire a female Admin Assistant /receptionist for an advertising company in Dubai.

About the role
We’re looking for a reliable, people-first administrator to support our Accounts team and run a smooth, professional front desk. You’ll split your time between basic accounti tasks and handling all reception enquiries (in person, phone, and email).
Key responsibilities
Accounts support
Enter and verify invoices, credit notes, and expense claims
Assist with follow-ups, payment runs, and basic reconciliations
Maintain accurate records in the accounti system and shared folders
Prepare simple reports (aging, cashbook, petty cash, vendor statements)
Help with month-end paperwork and audit files
Reception & office administration
Be the first point of contact: greet visitors, manage the switchboard, and triage enquiries
Monitor the reception inbox; route messages
Handle incomi mail & couriers;
What you’ll bring
1–3 years’ experience in admin, accounts support, or receptionist roles
Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner (phone & in person)
Solid MS Offi Workspace skills; fast and accurate data entry
Basic understanding of invoices, POs, receipts, and reconciliations
High attention to detail, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Discretion with confidential information; dependable and punctual
Availability to start immediately
Nice to have
Multilingual abilities for front-of-house (please specify)
Experience in a fast-paced corporate or client-facing environment
