Admin Assistant (Saudi National)
Responsibilities:
• Providing general administrative support to the team, including managing special projects, conducting research and handling ad hoc requests.
• Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, and managing correspondence.
• Tracking and managing expenses, processing invoices, assisting with budgeting monitoring and reporting.
• Inputting and updating data in various systems such as data base or spreadsheets and maintaining records.
• Drafting, formatting, and editing doents such as reports, presentations, and letters.
• Preparing materials for meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Organizing and maintaining schedule for management or team members, including booking meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in a relevant area
- 4 years of experience required
- Excellent IT skills, and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Arabic mother tongue and a strong English Language
