Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Admin Sales and Marketing Officer to join our real estate and construction company. The ideal candidate will be solely responsible for all marketing activities while also handling day-to-day administrative tasks. She must be self-driven, hardworking, and capable of generating leads through social media, phone calls, and in-person visits — all without supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities :Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate and construction servicesManage all company social media platforms and digital marketing activitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through online platforms, calls, and in-person visitsCreate content, visuals, and promotional materials as neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clientsMonitor and analyze marketing performance and adapt strategies accordingly
Administrative Duties:Manage daily office operations and support the management teamAnswer calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain organized communicationPrepare reports, maintain client databases, and manage doentsEnsure smooth coordination of appointments, meetings, and property visits
Requirements:Female candidates onlyMust have own visa (e.g., spouse or freelance visa)Strong background in marketing and client relationship managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently without supervisionProficiency in using social media for business and lead generationExperience in real estate or construction sectors is an advantageMultitasking and time-management skills are essential
Compensation:Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 (depending on experience)Commissio may apply based on performance
