•Recruitme screening, onboarding and supervise probation management and ensure that all hires adhere to local laws, rules, and regulations
•Control the hiring workflow including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback and collecting doents
•Responsible for the payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information (i.e., holiday and sick days maternity Leaves and overtime) ensure timely and accurate reporting of hou & absence to payroll team.
•Responsible with medical insurance enrolment for new joiners and deletion for leavers
•Assist the HR team leaders in Pension registration and deletion of Emirati & GCC Employees on GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority
•Establishing of de-staffing strategies, exit formalities (e.g., demobilization, EOS benefits) and Oversight of remote workers.
