Personal Assistant Required

• Making sure the office is well equipped and all items are in order (replenish stocks)
• Manage the cleaning staff to achieve effective organization in all aspects of daily work
• Prepare shopping list for the office - shop online / when required ask staff to assist
• Welcoming visitors and making sure they are hosted properly (drink and food to be provided in accordance with the recommendation of manager / chairman)
• Preparing and clearing up the meeting room (before and after meetings)
• Making sure office visitors are tended to and properly hosted (greet, invite to correct office, offer drink)
• Provides comprehensive support services to the company Director
• Writes emails and letters for various events
• Coordinates with required government authorities (esp. silicon oasis)
• Manages contacts and agenda using Outlook
• Accurately tracks daily basis expenses and receipts. Processes and submits receipts accurately and on schedule.
• Uses Outlook, Word and Excel
• Takes notes and distributes meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages
Personal assistants perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support. Their duties include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. They may also be required to organize events.
