Job Responsibilities:•Prepare quotations, contracts, and related doentation•Handle client and customer communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups•Maintain and update customer records and project databases•Assist in report preparation and presentation for management review•Coordinate daily office and facility management activities•Support in service scheduling, job coordination, and staff communication•Ensure all administrative operations are conducted efficiently and professionally•Liaise with internal teams for smooth execution of specialized cleaning and facility projects
Requirements:•Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles•Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)•Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills•Preferred nationality: Filipino, North Indian, or Nepali•Female candidates on Spouse Visa are encouraged to apply
