Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
Maintain records, files, and doentation
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Assist with data entry and report preparation
Support HR and accounts departments when required
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
