Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with a foundational understanding of accounting principles. This role supports daily office operations, assists with basic financial tasks, and ensures smooth administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage and organize office files, records, and doents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other doents as needed.
Basic Accounting Support:
Assist with data entry of financial transactions into company provided forms (J.O & D.O)
File invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in accounting or business administration is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative roles; basic accounting experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with standard working hours.
May require occasional overtime during reporting periods.
