We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising administrative staff, managing budgets, improving procedures, and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily administrative activities
Supervise and support administrative staff
Develop and implement office policies and procedures
Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement
Maintain records, filing systems, and doentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
Improve operational efficiency and workflow processes
Handle confidential information with integrity
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
3–5+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Budget management experience preferred
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
