We are looking for a dedicated and professional Airport Ground Staff to assist with airport operations and ensure a smooth experience for passengers. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling
Ensure compliance with airport safety and security regulations
Guide passengers to the correct gates and facilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Coordinate with airline staff and other airport departments
Monitor and report any irregularities or operational issues
Assist in baggage loading and unloading as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in airport operations or customer service is an advantage
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Physically fit and able to handle luggage when necessary
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Knowledge of airport procedures and regulations is preferred
