We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabrication & ACP Cladding Foreman to supervise workshop and site activities related to aluminium fabrication, ACP cladding, glazing, and installation works. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage workers, production schedules, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily workshop operations for aluminium fabrication and ACP cladding works.
Manage fabrication, cutting, assembling, and installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, louvers, and ACP panels.
Read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and site measurements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution of works.
Ensure work is completed on time and according to project specifications.
Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements.
Maintain quality control standards in fabrication and installation.
Supervise and guide fabricators, helpers, and installers.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Troubleshoot fabrication or installation issues on-site and in workshop.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in aluminium fabrication and ACP cladding works.
Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, ACP installation, glass works, and accessories.
Ability to read drawings and take site measurements.
Experience in handling workshop manpower and production planning.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
