Job Summary
Aluglass Facade Company LLC is seeking experienced Aluminium and Glass Site Installers for projects across the UAE. Candidates must have hands-on experience installing aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls and architectural glass products in accordance with approved drawings and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Install aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, shopfronts, louvres and related façade products.
Install glass partitions, shower enclosures, mirrors, balustrades, handrails, canopies and other glass works.
Take and verify site measurements before installation.
Read installation drawings and follow instructions from the site foreman or engineer.
Mark fixing locations and carry out drilling, anchoring, levelling and alignment.
Install frames, panels, glass, hardware, gaskets, backer rods and sealants.
Handle glass and aluminium products carefully to prevent damage.
Check line, level, dimensions, operation and final finishing.
Carry out silicone application, waterproofing and necessary sealing works.
Complete snagging and rectification works within the required timeframe.
Protect completed installations from damage by other site activities.
Maintain installation tools, equipment and safety gear.
Follow site safety rules and use personal protective equipment.
Coordinate with supervisors and report site constraints or technical issues.
Achieve daily installation targets while maintaining the required quality.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum three years of aluminium and glass installation experience.
UAE or GCC construction-site experience is preferred.
Practical experience installing windows, doors, curtain walls and architectural glass.
Ability to read basic installation drawings and take accurate measurements.
Knowledge of fixing methods, anchors, brackets, hardware and sealants.
Experience with glass handling and installation tools.
Ability to work safely at heights and on scaffolding when properly trained and authorised.
Physically fit and capable of handling aluminium and glass products.
Ability to work as part of a site team and follow the supervisor’s instructions.
Willing to travel and work at project sites throughout the UAE.
Willing to work overtime when required.
