1. Production SupervisionPlan daily work for cutters, machinists, assemblers, and welders based on shop drawings and project schedule Allocate tasks to workers and machines to meet deadlines Monitor output to ensure targets for windows, doors, curtain walls, facades are met
2. Quality Control Check raw materials on arrival: aluminium profiles, glass, gaskets, hardware Ensure fabrication matches shop drawings - dimensions, angles, holes, drilling, impersistent finished units before dispatch for defects, finish, and glazing quality Enforce standards and company procedures
3. Technical & Safety Oversight Read and explain shop drawings to workers Solve technical issues on machines: cutting, CNC, punching, crimping Ensure tools, machines, and jigs are maintained and calibrated Enforce HSE rules - PPE, machine safety, housekeeping, waste management4. Team Management Lead and train workers on new systems and methods Track attendance, productivity, and rework Report progress, issues, and material needs to the Technical Manager / Production Manager5. Coordination Liaise with stores for material issuance Coordinate with technical office for drawing clarifications Coordinate with si for packing and dispatch
minimum 5 years of experience in the same position inside UAE
