You will be responsible for the daily management of workshop technicians, ensuring that all aluminium fabrication and installation projects meet high-quality standards. The role involves taking accurate site measurements, overseeing quality control, and maintaining a disciplined, safe, and efficient workshop environment. As a leader, you will monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion and will be expected to work alongside staff when necessary to maintain productivity levels. This position is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with extensive Gulf experience in the aluminium industry who can professionally manage a diverse team of workers.
