We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business for our aluminum fabrication and custom furniture carpentry services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting contractors and consultants, preparing quotations, and closing projects related to aluminum works and custom furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, interior designers, consultants, and property developers.
Promote company services related to aluminum fabrication, glass works, doors, windows, partitions, and custom furniture carpentry.
Conduct outdoor sales visits to construction sites, offices, and potential clients.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Coordinate with the production and technical team for project requirements and timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new construction projects.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and project status.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Requirements
2–4 years of sales experience in aluminum fabrication, carpentry, furniture, or interior fit-out industry.
Good knowledge of aluminum works, custom furniture, and construction materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to read basic drawings or project specifications is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
