Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain enterprise and business-critical applications.
Manage user access, roles, configurations, and application parameters.
Monitor application performance and proactively resolve issues.
Support implementation of new applications, modules, upgrades, and enhancements.
Coordinate with vendors, business users, and internal IT teams.
