We are hiring Approved Lead Testing & Commissioning Engineers (T&C) for GIS Substation Projects in Kuwait.
Candidates must hold valid MEW approvals or be ex-employees with active approvals.
The role includes leading commissioning, testing, and energization of 132kV–400kV GIS substations.
You will perform protection relay testing, loop checks, and SCADA system integration.
Strong troubleshooting skills and compliance with safety standards are mandatory.
Only approved Lead T&C Engineers will be shortlisted.

c. Expertise in relay testing and relay setting calculations

f. Ability to lead teams and prepare commissioning reports
