We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with strong experience in Interior & Fit-Out projects to join our team.
• Native / Fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tendering
• Ability to analyze drawings and specifications
• Experience with material take-offs and project costing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs
• Review drawings and specifications for quantity take-offs
• Support the tendering and procurement process
• Monitor project costs and variations
• Coordinate with project managers and suppliers
