Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Progressively build clear competitive differentiation and identity for the business to be sustainable and scalable.
- Leverage digital technologies most appropriately and develop a natively digital education business mode
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align business development initiatives with company goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools and universities
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the EdTech industry.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify potential areas for growth.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Partnership Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company's goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, technology partners, and industry organizations.

Requirements
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
