About the Role
Fly Zone Trampoline Park is looking for a skilled and passionate Arcade Game Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of arcade games, rides, and entertainment equipment to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
•Preventive Maintenance & Servicing
oVideo arcade machines (Konami, Sega, Bandai Namco, Bay Tek, Adrenaline, etc.).
oAttractions, kiddie rides, shooting games, racing simulators, pinball, bowling, air hockey, pri machines.
o cinema simulators.
oCompressors, gearboxes, and electromechanical equipment.
oElectronics equipment, networking, and computer-related systems.
•Troubleshooting & Repairs
oDiagnose and repair sudden breakdowns quickly.
oService arcade machines, redemption games, prize cranes, and interactive attractions.
•Safety & Quality Control
oEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures.
oApply and monitor safety measures during all technical operations.
•Systems & Installations
oSemnox card system monitoring and maintenance.
oCCTV installation, configuration, and monitoring.
oNetworking, communication systems, lighting, and sound engineering.
•Inventory & Spare Parts
oManage spare parts, request new materials, and maintain stock for efficient repairs.

•Proven experience as an Arcade Game Technician / Amusement Equipment Technician.
•Solid knowledge of arcade machine preventive maintenance & troubleshooting.
•Hands-on experience with cinema systems (preferred).
•Good understanding of electronics, networking, and computer systems.
•Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
•Strong awareness of safety standards and compliance procedures.
