Job Description
ASAS Station is looking for an experienced and motivated Arcade Supervisor / Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gaming and entertainment center in Al Mamzar, Dubai.
We are seeking a responsible, customer-focused individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to attract new customers and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily arcade operations.
- Lead and organize staff duties and schedules.
- Attract new customers and increase sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and visitor satisfaction.
- Monitor gaming machines and coordinate maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in arcade centers, gaming facilities, or family entertainment centers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage employees and daily operations.
- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
