Job Vacancy: Architect (Design & Coordination | AI Specialist)
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Architectural design development from concept to detailed design
•Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, Authorities, and Consultants)
•Preparation and review of design drawings, reports, and submissions
•Integration of AI-based architectural tools and workflows to enhance design efficiency, coordination, and doentation
•Support project delivery in compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural design and coordination
•Strong experience working in a consultancy environment
•Specialist knowledge and hands-on experience with AI programs relevant to architecture (e.g. AI-assisted design, visualization, automation)
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other relevant design software
•Strong communication and coordination skills
