a. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or B.E. Civil Engineering
b. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out (residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality)
c. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software
d. Excellent understanding of interior materials, joinery, MEP coordination, and execution details
e. Proven experience in estimation, cost analysis, and BOQ preparation
