Hiring: Draftsman / Estimator – Joinery & Fit-Out
Salary: AED4,000 – AED6,000 a month

Responsibilities
•Prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings for kitchen cabinet, wardrobes, vanity, living room, overall home furnishing
•Develop accurate cost estimates including materials, labor, and overheads.
•Collaborate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
•Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs for kitchen cabinet, wardrobes, vanity, living room, overall home furnishing.
•Revise drawings and estimates based on client feedback and site conditions.
•Ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications.
•Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
•Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Requirements
•Minimum 2-4 years of U experience in joinery and fit-out drafting and estimation.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
•Strong understanding of joinery detailing, materials, and construction methods.
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
