Job Vacancy: Archives Clerk with Accounting Background
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Archives Clerk with an accounts background to join our organization in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proper records management and providing doentation support to the Accounts Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and electronic company records
Ensure accurate filing, indexing, and retrieval of doents
Assist in filing invoices, delivery notes, receipts, and SOA
Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable doentation
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company records
Coordinate with Accounts, Administration, and Audit teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years relevant experience in archiving or clerical work
Basic accounting knowledge and experience with financial doents
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
Candidates currently in the UAE preferred
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
