Deliver engaging, competency-based training sessions in line with OPAL EMI program standards.
Conduct assessments and evaluations in accordance with OPAL’s qualification framework.
Develop and review training and assessment materials to ensure alignment with industrial and OPAL standards.
Maintain accurate trainee progress records, portfolios, and reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement and internal quality assurance processes.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with proven instructional or assessment experience. Preference will be given to candidates who meet both Trainer and Assessor requirements, enabling rotational deployment across training and assessment batches.
                    
                        - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years’ work or teaching experience, including at least 1 year as an Assessor.
- Oman Ministry of Labor approval.
- OPAL Assessor Approval.
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (or equivalent).
- IELTS overall score of 5 or equivalent.
- Competence in vocational assessment and instructional techniques (Train the Trainer certification preferred).
