Key Responsibilities
Maintaining daily financial records and bookkeeping activities.
Entering and updating financial data in Tally ERP.
Preparing and maintaining cash flow records and reports.
Assisting in preparation of financial statements and reports.
Handling invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
Assisting with bank reconciliation and transaction tracking.
Supporting visa-related financial doentation and processing.
Assisting in general administrative and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
Additional Duties
Maintaining proper filing and doentation of all financial records.
Coordinating with management for financial updates and reporting.
Assisting during audits and financial reviews.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting entries.
