Job Description

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations to maintain high service standards. You will evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement and VIP recognition. Key duties include maximizing room occupancy and rates through up-selling techniques while promoting the brand’s loyalty scheme. The role involves supervising team performance, setting departmental objectives, and assisting with recruitment and training. You will ensure all team members possess current knowledge of hotel products and local area information to assist guests.

Candidate Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel or leisure sector. Must possess a high level of IT proficiency, commercial awareness, and excellent leadership and communication skills to manage first impressions effectively.
