Silah is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager, HR Operations & Analytics in Bahrain.
The role will lead HR operations and the Compensation & Benefits unit using data-driven strategies.
Candidates will transform HR processes through analytics, Power BI dashboards, and AI-informed insights.
You will manage payroll processing, salary structures, bonus pools, and final settlement activities.
Strong expertise in Bahrain labor law, LMRA, and Tamkeen regulations is mandatory.
This position requires strong leadership, HR policy development, and operational excellence.

a. Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits
b. Expert knowledge of LMRA, Tamkeen, and Bahrain Labor Law
c. Proven experience in salary scale structures, surveys, and bonus pool management
d. Strong experience in payroll and final settlement processing
e. Experience in organization chart and job description development
f. Strong background in HR policy and procedure development
g. Experience with medical insurance administration
h. Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and Power BI dashboards
i. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
j. Team management experience is required
k. BSc in HR or relevant field required (CIPD preferred)
