Assistant Manager – Soft Services

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Soft Services to oversee day-to-day soft services operations across large-scale facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Facilities Management, with a strong background in cleaning operations, waste management, and team leadership.
Experience managing airports, shopping malls, or other high-footfall environments will be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate should possess excellent operational, client management, and team leadership skills, with a strong focus on service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
