Urgently Hiring: Experienced Project Coordinator for a leading Interior Fit-Out & Construction Company.
Serious and qualified candidates only.
1.Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing project activities.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task lists.
Track project progress and report deviations or delays.
Coordinate between design, procurement, execution, and client teams.
2. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Organize and attend project meetings; prepare minutes of meetings (MoMs).
3. Doentation & Reporting
Maintain proper project doentation including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and approvals.
Prepare regular status and progress reports for internal and client reviews.
4. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
Track material delivery schedules and site requirements.
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for timely execution and compliance with specs.
Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier performance.
5. Site Support & Execution Follow-Up
Liaise between site and office to ensure seamless flow of information.
Monitor site progress and update internal trackers accordingly.
Support the site team in resolving minor issues and escalating critical ones.
Assist in quality checks and snag list preparation during and after project completion.

Schedule appointments, site visits, and coordination meetings.
Maintain project calendars and contact databases.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and compliance reviews.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000 per month
License/Certification:
Candidate must be skilled in AutoCAD and well-versed in technical drawings
Candidate must be experienced in interior fit-out works
