Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff supervision.
Support sales targets, revenue goals, and customer service standards.
Supervise, train, and motivate sales and store staff.
Prepare staff schedules, shifts, and attendance records.
Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and replenishment.
Assist with stock receiving, checking, tagging, and storage.
Conduct and support stock counts and inventory audits.
Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and daily cash closing.
Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
Check product displays, pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, finance, and management teams.
Prepare dai reports on sales, stock, staff performance, and store activities.
Help prevent stock loss, damage, theft, and operational errors.
Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
