Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons and classroom activities.
Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
Supervise students in classrooms, playgrounds, and during school activities.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
Prepare learning materials, teaching aids, and resources as directed by the teacher.
Monitor student behavior and support positive discipline in line with school policies.
Assist with record-keeping, attendance, and student progress doentation.
Provide support for children with special educational needs, as guided by the teacher.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members when required.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
