The Audio Visual Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment to support events, meetings, and presentations. This role ensures the smooth execution of technical requirements, provides on-site support during live events, and collaborates with event organizers and the technical team to deliver high-quality experiences
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee all audio-visual aspects of events held in the theater, ensuring smooth execution of presentations and performances.
* Coordinate with event organizers and stakeholders who have booked the theater to schedule rehearsals and manage any required changes.
* Assist with any adjustments needed for the setup or technical arrangements before and during events.
* Determine the number of microphones required for each session and make necessary changes to the stage setup according to the schedule.
* Operate and manage presentations via Microsoft Teams, ensuring slides transition smoothly during live events.
* Collaborate with the technical team to quickly resolve any issues that may arise during events.
