Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee assembly line operations and address mechanical and process issues on the shop floor to ensure smooth production flow.
· Interpret engineering drawings and technical doents for accurate implementation.
· Collaborate with R&D teams on prototyping and new product development.
· Provide manufacturing inputs during design and development stages.
· Identify and resolve shop floor issues related to assembly and process.
· Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
· Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
· Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
· 2–5 years of relevant experience in a vehicle manufacturing environment.
· Experience with multi-axle driveline systems (6x6, 8x8, etc.) is a strong advantage.
· Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, tools, and quality procedures.
