As a Banking Sales Representative for Communik Marketing (a leading channel partner for major UAE banks), you will be responsible for driving the growth of retail banking products. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers for Credit Cards and Personal Loans through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and lead generation activities.
Product Promotion: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various banking products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, etc.) to prospective clients.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets to ensure business growth and maximize your commission earnings.
Doentation: Collect and verify all required KYC (Know Your Customer) doents from clients to ensure applications are complete and error-free before submission.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest banking regulations, competitor products, and market trends in the UAE financial sector.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales. Prior experience in UAE banking sales (Credit Car home country banking experience is highly preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Attested degrees are often preferred for visa processing).
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
Strong negotiation and "closing" abilities.
Resilience and a "hunger" for sales in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Candidates should be available to join immediately (on Cancelled Visa, Visit Visa, or Spou Sponsorship).
