Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team in Kuwait(Local candidates only). The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing coffee and beverages, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks)
Take customer orders and handle payments
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
Provide excellent customer service
Manage stock and inform management about shortages
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista preferred
Good communication skills
Knowledge of coffee machines and brewing methods
Presentable and customer-focused
Ability to work flexible shifts
