We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our home-based coffee shop in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing high-quality coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:•Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, and other beverages with consistency and quality.•Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.•Assist with stock management and ensure ingredients are always available.•Follow hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:•Previous experience as a barista or in a coffee-related role (preferred).•Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art is a plus.•Strong communication and customer service skills.•Ability to work in a small team and adapt to a home business environment.•Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
