Job Description:
On behalf of our client, a well-established Hotel in Downtown Dubai, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista Specialist to prepare high-quality beverages for patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate should have experience in coffee preparation, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.).
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of drinks.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the café area within hospital standards.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
Manage inventory of coffee supplies and equipment.
Follow safety, food handling, and health regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in F&B service.
Knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, and brewing methods.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
Benefits:
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000
