Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
Assist guests with luggage handling and room escorting
Explain hotel facilities and services to guests
Deliver messages, parcels, and room service items
Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and entrance areas
Support front desk and concierge as needed
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
