We are seeking an experienced Blending / Process In-Charge to supervise and coordinate production activities within the Lubes & Grease manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise blending, filling and production activities.
2. Plan and coordinate daily production schedules.
3. Ensure accurate execution of formulations and batch cards.
4. Monitor grease cooking and other manufacturing processes.
5. Manage tanks, pipelines and production equipment.
6. Supervise production manpower and allocate duties.
7. Monitor production yield, losses and material consumption.
8. Coordinate with QC for testing and batch approvals.
9. Ensure production records are properly maintained.
10. Maintain compliance with HSE, quality and ISO procedures.
11. Identify and resolve producti issues.
1. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a UAE lubrica manufacturing facility.
2. Strong knowledge of lubricant and grease manufacturing processes.
3. Degr in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
4. Proven experience managing production teams and plant operations.
